Delivery & Shipping
Standard deliveries are typically completed in 2-5 business days across India, depending on your location.
If you’re in Mmbai, we offer 2-hour delivery on eligible items. Look for the “Mumbai Express” tag on product pages. Orders placed before [cut-off time] will reach you swiftly.
Shipping fees depend on your order size, weight, and distance. For many orders above a certain amount (e.g. ₹ X), delivery is free. For Bombay Express deliveries, there may be a small surcharge.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log in to your account to see order status.
Payment & Returns
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and most major wallets. Payment is securely processed.
Yes, COD is available in many areas. However, COD is not available for express Bombay deliveries. Also subject to conditions (order value limit, product type, etc.).
- If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- We’ll arrange either a replacement or full refund.
- Consumable items (gloves, masks, etc.) generally not returnable unless defective or mislabeled (due to hygiene reasons).
- Refunds via the original payment method, usually processed within 5-7 business days after we confirm the issue.

You can order as a guest, but having an account has benefits: order history, faster checkout, easier returns, special discounts, loyalty perks, etc.
We offer email, phone, and live chat support. Usually responses come within 1 business hour during working hours. Leave a message any time, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Check the packaging list first. If anything is missing, contact us with your order number + photos. We’ll sort it out (ship missing items, issue credit, etc.) at no extra charge.
Safety & Hygiene
Consumables are sealed by manufacturers, stored in clean conditions, and packaged with hygiene in mind. All products go through quality checks before dispatch.
We ensure that items shipped to you have sufficient remaining shelf life. On product pages, expiry or manufacturing dates are either shown or available on request. If you receive something close to expiry and are not satisfied, contact us for resolution.
